Naturopathic Care
1:1 Naturopathic Care: How it works
Stop DIYing your hormonal health. The Hormone Cornerstone Method is a six-stage framework that gets to the root cause so you can feel like yourself again.

The opening conversation
You've done the research. You've tried the supplements. You've adjusted your diet, tracked your sleep, and still something feels off. The problem isn't your effort. The problem is that without the right testing, the right framework, and a qualified professional in your corner, you're guessing.
That's where I come in.
I'm Dr. Margot Lattanzi, ND, and I help tired, overwhelmed adults in West End Toronto stop DIYing their hormonal health and start getting real answers. Using my signature Hormone Cornerstone Method, we look at the full picture of your health, not just the symptom in front of us, so we can find the root cause and build a plan that actually works for your life.
What I can help with
What is the Hormone Cornerstone Method?
The Hormone Cornerstone Method is the framework I use with every patient from day one. It looks at six key areas of health that are all connected to your hormonal balance: your sex hormones, cortisol, thyroid, insulin, gut health, and detoxification pathways. Rather than treating each symptom in isolation the way the conventional system often does, I assess how all of these systems interact and influence each other.
It's comprehensive but never overwhelming, because I believe feeling better doesn't have to be complicated.

How I approach

What to Expect: The Six Stages
Working with me is a structured, intentional process. While every treatment plan is unique, all patients move through the same framework for the best results. You will likely notice improvements in your symptoms over the first few appointments, but committing to the full method is what gets us to the root of your concerns for lasting change.
Stage 1: Assessment — Up to 90 minutes, $310. This is where we start. Together we explore your concerns in detail, go through your full health history, and do a deep dive into all six cornerstones of your health. I share my professional opinion on the connections between your symptoms, we discuss testing options, and I outline how we will track your progress once treatment begins.
Stage 2: Strategy — Up to 60 minutes, $220. This appointment takes place 2 to 4 weeks after your Assessment and is the most important visit of the entire process. Together we review your Strategic Treatment Plan in full and lay the roadmap for how we will support and optimize each of your cornerstones of health, creating a clear path toward your goals.
Stage 3: Cornerstone Support — Up to 30 minutes, $140. Approximately 6 weeks after your Strategy appointment, we continue working through the connections between your hormone cornerstones, troubleshoot any roadblocks, and refine your plan as needed.
Stage 4: Cornerstone Refinement — Up to 30 minutes, $140. At around 8 to 10 weeks, we build on your progress, address any shifts in your symptoms, and continue fine-tuning your treatment plan.
Stage 5: Cornerstone Reassessment — Up to 30 minutes, $140. At the 10 to 12 week mark, we take stock of how far you've come, review any outstanding testing, and make sure your plan is set up for long-term success.
Stage 6: Maintenance Stage — Up to 30 minutes, $140. At around one year of working together, we shift into a maintenance rhythm. This is where we celebrate your progress and make sure the changes you've made are sustainable for life.
