Taryn Casey is the founder of Cool Moms Run Club, a Friday morning meetup for moms in High Park where running is optional and walking is welcome. A former chef who spent about 12 years in catering, she’s now building Cool Moms Kitchen, a meal plan subscription that takes the guesswork out of weeknight cooking.

A mom of two living in Etobicoke, Taryn started the club eight weeks postpartum because she needed the community herself.
